Chloe TingChloe Ting has taken over my Instagram so I figured I would give it a shot. Her challenges are no joke. Whether you’re looking for thigh slimming, a bigger booty, a flat belly, or an overall full body challenge, she has it all. I recently started her summer shred challenge and it’s been kicking my ass. It’s one of the few workouts that I have found that I haven’t wanted to quit, no matter how hard it gets.
Yoga With AdrieneHave you always wanted to become a yogi? Yoga With Adriene makes it super easy to get started. She’s got videos for absolutely everyone and every problem (cramps, low back pain, etc.) and even has a 30-day challenge.
FitOnFitOn is an app that has so many workouts, all for free. When I first downloaded it, I was shocked about how many options there were and the fact that they aren’t charging a penny. You can find no equipment videos, HIIT workouts, cardio, toning, pilates, yoga, low impact, and more.
PelotonYou don’t have to have a Peloton bike to take advantage of the Peloton app. They’re currently offering 30-days free and offer classes in running, biking, weights, yoga, and more. Keep in mind that they do ask for your credit card information so if you don’t want to get charged, you will have to cancel your membership before the 30 days are up.
Aubre WintersI’ve been following Aubre Winters on Instagram for some time now and I don’t know if there’s anyone more badass than her. She’s gone live almost every single day since quarantine has begun to bring you at-home workouts that are actually enjoyable. Her energy is infectious and she’ll have you feeling inspired the minute you log onto her workouts.
MadFitMaddie (MadFit) is another Youtuber that has taken over my Instagram explore page. Her workouts are short, straight to the point, but get you feeling the burn immediately.
Daily BurnDaily Burn is offering a 30-day free trial for their app which offers thousands of different workout videos so you can constantly mix up your workouts, preventing you from getting bored. They are also offering free Instagram live workouts as well as IGTV workouts that you can follow as well.
BlogilatesI discovered Blogilates years ago and she’s only become more and more successful as the years have passed. My current favorite video of hers is the toned arms at home (using wine bottles!). It is absolutely killer if you have no upper body strength like me.
And that’s it! While I know there are sooo many different free workout programs, it would take me forever to include every single one.
